CS Executive 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the CS Executive exam, please ensure you meet the eligibility requirements, which include educational qualifications, required scores, and age limits. Checking these criteria in advance can help avoid any future issues. Now, let’s take a closer look at the CS Executive Eligibility Criteria 2024 as established by ICSI.

Registration Timeline: To sit for both parts of the CS Executive exam in June, you must register by November 30 of the preceding year. If you intend to take only one part, the registration deadline is January 31 for the June exams. Regardless of whether you plan to take the exam in June or December, you need to enroll in the program at least nine months prior to the exam date.

CS Executive Age Limit 2024

  • Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 17 years old to register for the CS Executive exam. Those younger than 17 are not eligible to apply.
  • No Maximum Age Limit: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) does not impose a maximum age limit for candidates. This means individuals of any age can apply, provided they meet the other eligibility criteria.

These criteria established by ICSI serve as the foundation for those interested in pursuing the Company Secretary (CS) Executive program. The absence of a maximum age limit fosters inclusivity and accessibility, allowing individuals to pursue this professional qualification regardless of age. However, candidates must still fulfill other prerequisites and complete the necessary documentation and procedural requirements for CS Executive registration.
